Job Description / Responsibility

• Millennium City Company Ltd. is a reputed Real Estate Company looking for smart, dynamic candidate for the post of Marketing Executive.

• Must have sufficient knowledge in Sales & Marketing in Land/ Apartment and be experienced in Land/ Apartment Sale.

• Must be target oriented and able to achieve the target of selling lands.

• Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.

• Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.

• Build a strong relationship with the customer.

• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.

• BBA/ MBA (Marketing)/ Masters Degree

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Corporate Marketing, Market Research, Sales

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Group of Companies, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 year(s)

• Only males are allowed to apply.

• Should have at least 05 years practical experience and work as Marketing Executive (Sales & Marketing) in Sales & Marketing Department of any Real Estate Company

• A clear voice/ vocal Candidate must have very sound in English.

• At least 1 years experience in Real Estate, Banks/ FMCG Sector.
