Customer Care Supervisor [Multinational Company]
We are UK based multinational company, for our newly launched office in Dhaka looking for a responsible highly experienced Customer Care Supervisor.
Few Job responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of call center agents. Be available to affect the entirety of the team's operations.
2. Manage by walking around. Be visible to answer questions.
3. Take calls that your agents can't handle and be available when an agent appears to need assistance.
4. Monitor queue and track inbound calls. Keep agents aware of inbound calls, calls waiting, abandonment rate, etc.
5. Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback.
6. Meet at least once each week with your team. At a minimum, review the following topics:
7. Review the past week's events, including statistics, results and industry news.
8. Administer training programs for new hires and existing staff.
9. Recruit new staff and schedule existing staff to meet service level objectives.
10. Develop contests, awards and themes that increase agents' loyalty and focus.
11. Meet with MIS to review computer hardware, software and database issues.
12.. Interview and hire staff. Assess needs/plan ahead.
13. Meet with outside field staff to review upcoming events and call centre / outside participation.
14. Individual performance of core, focus and new staff.
15. Establish monthly meetings with other departments to review call centre operations.
Will provide full job responsibilities later on.

Min Qualification:
1) At least 3+ Years experience as Care Supervisor or 5+ Years experience as Sr. executive.
2) O / A Level or a Bachelor/Hons with IELTS Min 6.0.
